Based on two designs we developed, two special vacuum evaporators were built in Germany and then fitted into our fully-automatic unit. The thermal spring water of the medicinal spa is transported via a pumping station directly from the drill hole to the water collection reservoir and is pre-concentrated into a brine in the first vacuum evaporator.

The further densification of the brine into a crystallized sludge occurs in the second vacuum evaporator. In a separation unit the crystallized sludge is filtered through a special membrane, in which the valuable healing salt is collected. The condensed distilled water resulting from the evaporation processes is collected and used for the periodic cleaning of the system.    

Energy-efficient as well as climate-friendly processes are of particular importance to us, as is the production of an ecologically valuable product. The crystallized HEALING SALT is then divided into portions within our packaging department and filled by hand.
